美国刑法当中精神疾病抗辩检验标准评析——以“南顿”(M’Naghten)规则为视角

摘要通过对于美国刑法当中以南顿规则为代表的精神疾病抗辩是由的研究和分析,试图理清现代精神病学对于刑法当中刑事责任能力的影响。并且试图籍此来构建精神病学和刑法学的合理关系。
