To explore the features of the advanced and practical storage for the medical records and the tred of digitalized system. To assess the application effect of records scanning at current stage in hospitals. Method Conduct questionnaires among doctors who had read the imagine records. Result and analysis Image records can be searehing, reading and printing on line.It saves space for the department. The doctors considered that it simplifies the process of the records consulting in medical operation, teaching and scientific research. Discussion Problems and solutions in current paper records storage. Conclusion To promote the development of records scanning in hospital and digitalized management system so as to provide more sufficient sevice for hospital management, clinical care, teaching and scientific research.
