Inner-environment of Professional Practice for Pharmacy Students

大学生在校就读的几年正处在职业生涯过渡期和初步尝试期,药学院校应抓住这一时机,根据药学行业发展的需要,对药学生开展职业实践教育。以药学服务为通道,寻找专业要求与行业要求的相交点;以人际资源为纽带,寻找社会需要与学生需求的相交点;以价值认知为支撑,寻找学校文化与行业文化的相交点,为学生创造一个开放、通透、有利于职业生涯过渡和初步尝试的内层环境。

Pharmacy students are during their transitional period for their future career while they study at colleges and universities. It is the right time for pharmaceutical colleges and universities to start professional practice according to social need. Universities should find the point of intersection between specialty requirement and wade need which depends on pharmacy service, the point of intersection between social need and students＇ need which depends on human resource and the point of intersection between school culture and trade culture depending on value recognition which creates an open inner- environment in favor of the professional transition for students.
