On the Construction of Drainage Works in Zhangjiakou New Development Zone

探讨城市新区排水工程建设与排水规划之间近、远期结合若干问题．认为排水工程建设既要以规划为依据,又要主动适应城市建设发展需要,发挥其最大经济效益与环境效益．

The author of this paper probes into some problems concerning the combination of the construction of drainage works and the drainage planning in the city new development zone. The author thinks that the construction of drainage works should be based on the planning, and should also adapt to the city development in order to make the most of both economic and environmental profits.
