Construction engineering supervision system is an inevitable product of architecture reform in our country, which plays an important role in shortening construction period, improving engineering quality and reducing engineering cost. However, there are many problems in practicing the system and in the process of inviting and entering bids,therefore,we should carry out the related laws,regulafions and norms carefully,
