住院病人护理满意度量表的研制

Establishing and evaluating a questionnaire for measuring the satisfaction of inpatients with nursing care quality

目的:研制一个合理、有效、实用,针对住院病人的护理满意度量表。方法:借鉴德尔菲法,由护士长、住院病人、护理专家对量表条目重要性进行评价,依据评价结果筛选条目。结果:病人、护士长、专家评价量表条目的协调系数分别为0.849、0.812、0.880,护理专家权威程度系数Cr=0.87。形成具有较好效度的“住院病人护理满意度量表”,可为评价医院护理质量提供依据。

Objective：To establish a feasible and practical tool for measuring the satisfaction of patients with nursing ,Methods：The importance of each items of the questionnaire was evaluated by nurse managers inpatients and nursing specialists ,using delphi method.Results：The coordination coefficient of evaluation from the patients ,the nurse managers and the specialists was 0.849,0.812,0.88 respectively ,the authority coefficient of the expert Cr was 0.87,The questionnaire that was established for the investigation has excellent efficiency.
