By study the implicated teaching method＇ s applying tactics in the track and field teaching. The result shows： the implicated method can let the students quickly master the intrinsic relation and causality among kings of actions. It can also let students master and understand deeply by learning skill actions, and also master the stress ,difficulty and intrinsic relation among the action.
