从新兴的知识服务业的内涵及其在大都市经济发展的重要性入手,详细分析了知识服务业在沈阳老工业基地振兴和发展过程中的作用。认为知识服务业是一个新兴的产业,有着强大的生命力,应努力使其成为沈阳经济发展的一个重要支柱产业。
The content and importance of knowledge-based services to the economic development in metropolis are introduced. The effect of knowledge-based services in revitalizing and developing of Shenyang old industrial base are analyzed. Considers that knowledge-based services are the emerging industry, which have strongly life-force, and should be mainstay industry of the economy development of Shenyang.
