摘要
提出纯粹的量化考核存在其固有的局限性,缺乏“人本化”管理。认为一个成功的企业管理者必须懂得寻找理性“量化考核”及感性“人本考核”的结合点,丰富本企业的考核机制,以提高员工的主观能动性,提高工作效率。
Points out the limitation exists in the sheer quantification cheek-up system and it is short of humanity management. Considers that a successful manager should get the union of rational quantification check-up system and perceptual humanity check-up system, and must know how to enrich the system in order to enhance the subjectivity of the employees and the working efficiency.
