将福利经济学中的帕累托最优理论应用于生态经济,分析大中型水库生态保护与周边产业开发的关系,寻求有利于生态保护与产业开发共赢的契合点。分析表明,帕累托最优也是相对的,大中型水库的生态保护与产业开发是动态的应用过程。

The author applies the Pareto optimal theory to the ecological economy and conducts analysis of relationship between ecological protection of large and medium reservoirs and surrounding industries, and searches for a point of reaching win-win in ecological protection and industry development. It shows that Pareto optimal is relative and ecological protection of large or medium resen＇oirs and industry development is a dynamic applicable process.
