化妆品中微量毒害元素铅、镉的差分脉冲溶出伏安法分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用差分脉冲溶出伏安法测定化妆品中微量毒害元素铅、镉的含量,镉和铅的浓度分别在10-5mol/L~10-9mol/L和10-7mol/L~10-9mol/L范围内峰电流与浓度呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关系数分别为0.9991和0.9992.利用(HNO3-HClO4)混合酸-H2SO4湿式消化法对化妆品样品进行预处理,测定了市场上四种化妆品中的铅和镉,取得满意结果. This article used the difference pulse stripping voltammetry to research the determination mathed of trace poison element lead and cadmium in the cosmetics. In 1.0mol/L NH4Cl, the peak curent had a good relationship with concentration of lead and cadmium in 10^-5~ 10^-9 mol/L and in 10^-7~10^-9 mol/L separately, the coefficient correlation was 0.999 1 and 0.999 2 respectively. The sample of cosmetic was pretreated with mixed(HNO3-HClO4) digestion method, this method is used for determining of the cadmium and lead in four cosmetic samples, and the results was satisfying.
