摘要
通过不同种子处理试验,寻找三叶木通种子最优处理方法,试验结果表明:三叶木通种子有轻度的种皮障碍休眠和较明显的形态后熟作用,用10%的茶叶、草木灰液浸种,能提高种子发芽率;通过14天5~12℃温度保鲜贮藏,能完成形态后熟作用,但在低温后熟过程中,种子再次干燥会导致后熟效应解除,很大程度上降低种子的发芽率;5~12℃温度下,三叶木通种子发芽率80%以上,持续发芽时间26—35天.
According to experiment results on seed disposal method of Akebia Trifoliata, this paper discussed the seed germination technology. The results of seed storing and germination test of Akebia Trifoliata show that the seed coat and the form afterripening will baffle germination of Akebia trifoliate to some extent. That dormancy of the seed capsule barriers can be broken out by the soaking and rubbing seed coat with the solution of 10% density tea or plant ash. It is obvious that the seed of Akebia Trifoliata possesses the character of maturing after low temperature. After being stored in 5 - 12 ℃ temperature for 14 day, It can complete maturate, but the effect of seed mature after low temperature will been removed if the seed being dried again.Suitable germination temperature for Akebia Trifoliata were 5 - 12 ℃temperature,its germination rate was over 80 percent and duration time was 26 - 35 day.
