旋风铣削头的动力学研究

摘要 要实现旋风铣削法应用于精密加工,必须研究高速条件下以铣削头为重点的旋风铣削机床工艺系统动态精度.分别建立了旋风铣削用于粗加工和半精加工与精加工时铣削头主轴部件的动力学模型,给出了评价其动力特性所需基本数据资料的计算公式或方法,编制程序输入后,可用于高速精密铣削头的优化设计和性能评价. In order to realize the whirling method's apply in precision machining, it was studied that the dynamic accuraty of whifling machine's technology system which made the milling as its focal point in the condition of high speed .In this thesis, three kinds of whirling dynamics models were established, so as to respond in different working: roughing cut, half-finishing cut and finishing cut. And also the calculating's formula or method was given which was the essencial basic date in assessing the models' dynamic peculiarity.When weave programes and input them in computer, it can be used in the optimization design and property appraisal of high speed precision whirling head.
