浙江农村劳动力转移与工业化、城市化互动发展的实证分析

An Empirical Study of the Labor Force Migration and the Interaction of Industrialization and Urbanization in the Rural Area of Zhejiang

农村劳动力由农业转向非农产业、由农村迁向城市既是工业化和城市化的必然结果,又是促进工业化和城市化发展的重要因素。对浙江省农村劳动力转移与工业化、城市化互动发展的实证分析表明,第三产业发展对农村劳动力转移的影响大于工业化对农村劳动力的转移的影响,工业化和第三产业水平的增长对农村劳动力转移的影响大于当期工业化和第三产业水平对农村劳动力转移的影响。

Industrialization and urbanization inevitably lead to the movement of the agricultural labor force from the countryside to cities, and this in turn accelerate the process of industrialization and urbanization. This empirical study of the labor force migration and the interaction of industrialization and urbanization in the rural area of Zhejiang shows that the third industries make greater impact than industrialization on the migration of the agricultural labor force and that the growth of industrialization and the third industries make greater impact on the emigration than the levels of industrialization and the third industries in the corresponding period.
