摘要 研究报道了禾本科小麦族物种Psathyrostachys huashanica和Pseudoroegneria strigosa的细胞色素c成熟蛋白亚基ccmFN基因部分序列。序列分析显示,Psathyrostachys huashanica和Pseudoroegneria strigosa的ccmFN序列相似性为99%。它们与小麦的ccmFN具有98%的相似性,与水稻和玉米分别有97%和93%的相似性。还讨论了该基因具有的系统学意义。 In the present study, two partial sequences of ccmFN gene encoding N- terminal maturation subunit F of cytochromes c in Psathyrostachys huashanica and Pseudoroegneria strigosa (Poaceae: Triticeae) were reported. Sequence analysis of ccmFN between these two species indicates a comparability ratio of 99%. The comparabilities of 98%, 97% and 93% are shown when these two sequences are compared with those of Triticum aestivum , Oryza sativa and Zea mays , respectively. This results are in agreement with previous study whose mitochondrial genes encoding protein are highly conservative.
