The article introduced the background of development, the design and the implementation of thesis submission system. At the part of design, the function construction of the system , all levels user of the system and the definition of its roles of the system, the function of the system, the design of the backstage database are introduced. At the part of implementation, the environment of development and tool of development of the system are explained, and the code of the main module is given.
