信号中修作为提高信号设备质量的一种有效手段,正发挥着越来越重要的作用。为适应铁路改革新体制以及当前信号中修工作发展的需要,从变革信号中修组织结构入手,通过强化管理,在“一个结构,3种机制”上寻找突破,对信号中修管理方式改革进行了有益的研究和探索。

As a effective means to enhance the quality of signal equipment, intermediate repair has been playing ever-increasing important role. In order to meet the need of railway reform and the development of signaling intermediate repair, this paper dealt with how to reform management of signaling intermediate repair through strengthening management to seek breakthroughs on the reform of organization structure.
