重液法研究CFB飞灰的组分分布规律

STUDY ON THE CFB FLY ASH COMPONENTS DISTRIBUTION BY GRAVITY SOLUTION SEPARATION

飞灰中不同组分的物质具有不同的真密度.利用比重不同的重液和高速离心机可以将飞灰中物理分布相对独立的物质分离开来,通过测量不同比重重液对应的组分里面元素的含量,得到循环流化床锅炉飞灰中的组分的分布规律,从而为循环流化床锅炉飞灰的综合利用和研究煤中矿物组分在循环流化床锅炉中温燃烧条件下的转化过程提供依据.

The fly ash components are characterized by skeletal densities. The physical individual components can be separated by gravity solutions and spinning machine. By measuring the element contents in different gravity solutions, the relative separating distributions of CFB fly ash components can be determined. It has great significance for the multi-purpose utilization of the CFB fly ash and the study of the minerals conversion in fluidized bed combustion.
