Application of Anti-microbial Composite Film of Konjac Glucomannan for Longan storage at Normal Temperature

本文研究了以KGM为基质,通过添加一定浓度的壳聚糖、脂质、乳化剂、杀菌剂以及生物抑制剂所制得到的膜,将其应用于龙眼常温保鲜中,取得了较好的保鲜效果。

The paper studied Konjac Glucomannan film combined with some certain concentration Chitosan, lipid, emulsifier, antimicrobial and biologic inhibitors, and its application for longan fruit storage at normal temperature. Result showed the effect was very good.
