摘要
本文采用水提醇沉工艺首次对无梗五加果实中水溶性多糖进行了提取、分离。结果表明,无梗五加多糖最佳提取条件为:80℃,3h,料液比1:70。经过醇沉后,得率为2.23%。.
A water-soluble polysaccharide from Acanthopanax sessiliplorus fruits was firstly studied by water extract and ethanol precipitation. The results indicated that the optimal extraction technology of polysaccharide from Acanthopanax sessiliplorus (Ruqr.et Maxim.) Seem were extracting at 80℃ for 3h when material-water ratio was 1: 70, the concentration of polysaccharides was 2.23%.
