摘要
阐述食品中试基地在食品工程专业实践教学中的作用,探讨食品中试基地为基础的食品工程专业实践教学模式及其教学成果。实践证明,该模式有利于提高学生的综合素质和专业实践技能,增强就业竞争力。
The effect of the practical education for the major of food engineering base on the food pilot-base was discussed. Moreover, the education model as well as its performance was also put forward. It shows that this novel practice education not only boost the student's major capability, but improve their stable employment.
