摘要 利用同一消化液原子吸收分光光度法连续测定保健食品黄金搭档中钙、铁、锌、硒、铅、砷、汞七种元素,获得成功。回收率95.9%~102.9%,相对标准偏差1.88%~2.85%,其分析速度快,准确度高,重复性好。 A fast and accurate analytical method was established for the successive determination of Ca, Fe, Zn, Se, Pb, As, Hg in a sample digestion of Golden Partner, a health food, by Atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). Recovery and relative standard deviation were in the range of95.9%- 102.9% and in the range of 1.88%-2.85%, respectively.
