摘要
瓷绝缘子的劣化是造成闪络事故的主要原因之一,从盘形悬式瓷绝缘子的特性入手,分析绝缘子的劣化机理、规律,从瓷绝缘子的前期设计、运行保养、状态监测及老化淘汰等方面进行考虑,在配置、维护、测零、消缺及更换方面综合评价,科学决策,如:优化线路走径,合理确定污秽等级,确定泄漏比距和绝缘爬距,选择科学检测顺序和方法,全面推行“用盐密指导清扫,”确定测零周期等,防止因瓷绝缘子劣化而导致闪络事故的发生,保证电网安全运行。
The degradation of porcelain insulators is one of the main causes of line flashover fault. Taking consideration of design, maintenance service monitoring and degradation rejection, and making comprehensive evaluation in respects of disposition, maintenance, degradation detecting, default elimination and replacement, reasonable solution shall be made in a lot of respects such as: optimization of line way, determination of pollution class, specific creepage distance and arcing distance, choice of detecting procedure and method, "cleaning with guidance of salt deposit density" and determination of degradation detecting cycle. Thus, the flashover failure due to porcelain insulator degradation can be prevented and service safety of power system can be ensure.
