摘要
模数转换器是许多信息处理系统的关键组成部分,其性能对整个系统起着决定性的作用。从现代电子技术应用角度出发,介绍了模数转换器的技术,包括类型、工作原理、特性的对比、主要技术指标等。同时指出了在ADC使用中的一些应注意的细节,并结合实际应用中出现的问题,提出了几种提高ADC工作性能的方案。
Analog-to-digital converters, which can make deterministic effect to the whole system, are essential components of many information processing systems. In this paper, the theoretie, architectures, operational styles are introduced. Meanwhile, it puts forward some detailed problems that often happen during the using of ADCs, and gives some solutions according to practical application. In practical application, the suitable ADCs should be chosen according to the requirements of different systems and take steps to rise resolution of ADCs and ensure stability of the systenks.
