AD9288是一款100Msps采样速率的双通道8位高速模数转换器(ADC),主要用于高速数据采集,如电池仪器,红外成像系统,低价位数字示波器、手持视测浊度计,仪器与测量、I和Q通信等。介绍了AD9288的性能特点,引脚功能,内部结构。给出了AD9288在红外成像系统的应用原理图。
The AD9288 is a dual, 8bit, 100Msps A/D converter. It is mainly used in the applications which need high speed data acquisition, such as battery-powered instruments, infrared imaging system, low cost digital oscilloscopes, hand-held scopemeters, instmmentation and measurement, I and Q communication and so on. This paper introduces the performance, pin descriptions and internal structure of AD9288, and offers a figure showing the applicable methods in infrared imaging system design of AD9288.
