摘要 以梅花鹿新鲜胎衣为原料,经过初处理,采用(NH4)2SO4盐析沉淀法提取水溶性蛋白,通过正交实验优化蛋白提取的盐析条件,探索蛋白质的最佳提取工艺:盐析时间为12h、盐析pH值为7、(NH4)2SO4饱和度为60%,并用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对其进行纯度鉴定。 Fresh amnion of the spotted deer was used to obtain protein by means of salt solution and fractional precipitation. According to the content of protein, the optimum extraction condition was studied and the molecular weight was measured by SDS-polyacrylamide gels electrophoresis. The extraction parameters of protein were as follows: the time of salting-out is 12 hours, the pH value is 7, and the concentration of the (NH4)2SO4 saturation is 60%.
