摘要
本文通过对风险评估、风险管理和风险交流过程的阐述介绍了食品安全风险分析的原理和方法。以软饮料中苯的风险分析为例,简要说明了食品安全风险分析的应用。
This paper introduced theories and methods of food safety risk analysis, including the risk analysis, risk management, and risk communion, etc. Through analyzing the risk of benzene in soft drink, the application of food safety risk analysis in food was briefly introduced.
