摘要
本文研究了在蛋白质和还原糖含量比较高.颜色比较深的灵芝多糖提取液中,测定灵芝多糖含量的方法,结果表明,Sevage法与乙酸铅相结合除蛋白是一种理想的去蛋白方法,乙酸铅用量在0.26%~0.57%之间时,不仅可以排除蛋白质的干扰,而且乙酸铅对多糖测定也不会有影响;80%乙醇浓度可以使多糖完全沉淀下来。
This paper determined the content of Ganoderma polysaccharide extracted from glossy ganoderma which contained more protein and reducing sugar. The results indicated that combination of Sevage with lead acetate was a good removing-protein method. When the concentration of lead acetate was between 0.26% - 0.57%, the protein was removed and the lead acetate had no effect on the determination of polysaccharide. The polysaccharide was precipitated completely by using 80%ethanol.
