摘要
链霉菌在生产抗生素方面的特殊作用使它成为放线菌中遗传育种的核心,近年来的进展主要在于原生质体融合、脂质体的使用、质粒及其它载体的发现和克隆技术工业应用。本文综述了链霉素生物合成途径、代谢调节机制、链霉素发酵的代谢调控育种及其进展。
Special function of streptomycin in producing antibiotics makes it the core of genetic breeding in actinomycetes. The recent researches focus on the protoplast fusion, the use of liposome, the discover of plasmid and other carrier and industrial application of clone technology. This article reviews the biosynthesis approach, metabolic control mechanism of streptomycin, metabolic control breeding and research advance of streptomycin fermenting.
