摘要 通过基因工程技术获得变性淀粉是淀粉工业的新增长点,应该引起国内的重视。本文对淀粉的生物合成过程、天然变性淀粉的特性及其应用进行综述,并对其今后发展趋势做出探讨。 Gene engineering technology has been used to produce transgenically modified starch, which is new revenue resource and should be paid much attention to starch industry. Starch biosynthesis, properties, applications and the development trend of transgenically modified starch were summarized in the article.
