摘要
本文综述了油茶皂素的性质、提取精制及油茶皂素定量方法的研究,并总结了当前茶皂素研究中最值得进一步研究的问题。
This paper summarizes the development of the property, extraction and purification, and quantitative determination of Camellia Saponin. Besides, issues needing further study were indicated.
