摘要
缺铁性贫血是我国人群普遍存在的营养性疾病之一,本文初步讨论乙二胺四乙酸铁钠的研究最新进展,详细讨论了乙二胺四乙酸铁钠在改善营养性贫血方面的功效,并就乙二胺四乙酸铁钠在保健食品的应用前景进行展望。
Iron deficiency anemia (IDA) is one of the nutritional diseases widely existing in our country. All kinds of characteristic of NaFeEDTA and its efficacy in improving the iron deficiency anemia were discussed in the paper. At the same time, the application of NaFeEDTA and the prospect of its application were predicted.
