摘要
通过物理方法对废印刷电路板进行回收处理,研究了将非金属粉作为填料应用于聚丙烯(PP)复合材料时其复合材料的力学性能。当选用300目以细的非金属粉填充PP复合材料时,其力学性能得到了很好的提高,其中弯曲模量最大增幅为143%,弯曲强度最大增幅为69%,拉伸屈服强度最大增幅为59%。表明将非金属粉作为填料填充聚丙烯复合材料是一种可行的非金属粉利用方法。
A physical method was used in recycling of waste printed circuit boards (PCB). The feasibility of' the nonmetal materials to be used in polypropylene (PP) composites as filler was studied and mechanical properties of the composite material were analyzed in the experiment. The result shows that when nonmetal powders reclaimed from waste PCB, finer than 300 meshes, were filled in PP, such mechanical properties of PP composites as the flexural modulus, flexural strength and tensile strength increase by 143%, 69% and 59% respectively. Therefore, filling nonmetal powders reclaimed from waste PCB in PP composites is a feasible way to reuse waste PCB.
