摘要
采用常规食品化学分析方法,分析了菟丝子植株体的几种营养成分及部分微量元素,了解其各营养成分的含量,为菟丝子的综合开发利用提供参考。结果发现菟丝子植株体富含具有重要药理作用的无机元素Fe,而且ANV值也较高。
To adopt routine means to study the nutritional constituents of Cuscuta chinessis Lain.Hope to find out the content of nutritional constituents, and then give overall reference to use of Cuscuta chinessie Lam.The resuts showed that Cuscuta chinessis Lain also contain a lot of Fe , furthermore the value of ANV is high.
