聚乙烯醇+(PVA)微珠发酵生产木糖醇能力的改进研究 被引量:4

摘要 聚乙烯醇作为主要包埋剂固定化季也蒙假丝酵母(Candidaguilliermondii),并添加海藻酸钠和活性炭作为添加剂,以小球强度和木糖醇得率为主要指标,确定发酵木糖生产木糖醇的最佳条件。结果表明,包埋剂最佳配比为聚乙烯醇8%、海藻酸钠(SA)1%、活性炭(C)1.5%,交联剂为饱和H2BO3-4%CaCl2,固定化细胞微珠在缓冲溶液中的破裂时间提高到140h,并且可以连续进行24d以上的发酵,木糖醇得率提高到67.9%,机械强度也提高了近3倍。 With sodium alginate and activated carbon as adsorption agents, PVA as major entrapment agent, Candida guilliermondii was immobilized to ferment and produce xylitol. The optimal conditions were decided through main indexes: bead intensity and xylitol yield. The results showed that the optimal composition of entrapping agents was 8% PVA, 1% sodium alginate and 1.5% activated carbon, and the cross-linking agent was saturated H2BO3-4%CaCl2. Based on those conditions, the rupture time in buffer solution of gel bead was increased to 140h,gel bead could withstand Eight-run process,xylitol production increased to 67.9%,and gel bead intensity enhanced three times.
