Personal knowledge management(PKM) of an editor for sci-tech academic journals in era of information

将个人知识管理(PKM)引入科技学术期刊编辑工作中。从编辑的前沿选择入手,论述PKM在编辑知识体系、编辑思维结构以及编辑创新中的现实意义。根据科技学术期刊编辑的工作特点,提出了PKM在编辑工作中实施的具体方案。

In this article personal knowledge of management （PKM） is introduced to editing of sci-tech academic journals. The realistic meaning of PKM for knowledge system, thinking system, and idea innovation of an editor has been expounded in this article proceeding from the editor＇s frontier selection. Based on the peculiarity of the work of editors, a concrete plan for realizing PKM of them is put forward herewith.
