摘要
针对后评价工作的内容和目的,文章在分析我国当前公路建设项目后评价管理工作中存在的问题基础上,进行了研究和探讨,从立法、组织模式及人员管理的角度,提出适合中国国情的公路建设项目后评价的管理体系的建议。
The content and purpose of post - assessment on highway was discussed in this paper. Base on the analyzing of the post - assessment management on highway project, administration system of post - assessment were studied. Administration system and organization about law, model and human resource adapted to the situation of acountry was proposed.
