资源型城市可持续发展的对策思考

STUDY ON THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF RESOURCED-BASED CITIES

黑龙江省是我国的资源大省,是重要的资源基地,曾为我国的经济发展做出了巨大的贡献。然而随着不断开采,资源面临着枯竭的危险,研究资源型城市如何可持续发展是我们面临的一个重要课题。本文在对黑龙江省资源调查的基础上,分析了黑龙江省资源型城市发展面临的主要问题,并提出相应对策。

Heilongjiang is a big resource - based province in China, and has been thought as an important base of resources. It has made great contribution to the economic development in China. However, with the continuous exploitation, resource is being exhausted. It is an important task to study how to develop the resourced- based cities in Heilongjiang. On the basis of resource investigating, this paper analyzes the problems existing in resourced - based cities, and puts forwards some countermeasures.
