大豆蛋白纤维双氧水-尿素漂白工艺研究

Research of hydrogen peroxide-urea on the bleaching process of soybean protein fiber

探讨了有尿素存在下的大豆蛋白纤维双氧水漂白工艺,分析了双氧水、尿素用量、pH值、温度对处理效果的影响。结果表明,双氧水-尿素漂白工艺优于常规工艺。

The bleaching process of soybean protein fiber using hydrogen peroxide and urea was discussed, the factors affecting bleaching effect such as concentration of hydrogen peroxide and Urea.pH value.temperature were studied. The results show that the bleaching process of hydrogen peroxide and Urea is superior to that of traditry, and the process is as follows： hydrogen peroxide20g/L,Urea 10g/L,pH value 10--10. 5 ,temperature 80℃,time90min,bath ratio 1：50.
