摘要
基于目前多种管理软件中工艺状态描述方法的优缺点,针对企业因订单改变、物料供应短缺、加工过程中机器故障等原因造成物料加工中断,导致生产计划滚动和重排而出现停滞的现象,提出了基于16进制的物料工艺状态描述方法。通过建立物料工艺状态矢量,用该矢量确定工艺状态值,准确描述物料的工艺状态信息,实现了一道工序在加工过程中的中间状态描述,解决了因出现异常现象引起的生产计划重排的停滞问题,使车间生产计划的实时滚动达到准确可行。通过将物料工艺状态矢量进行分块处理,引入物料工艺状态域和物料域工艺状态值的概念,满足了实际生产中对物料工艺状态信息的完整描述,为企业科学管理物料和实时滚动车间作业计划提供了有效的技术手段。
To improve low flexibility of accurate process replanning induced by various uncertainties such as uncertain customer orders,delayed supplies, machine breakdown and absenteeism, a descriptive method of material process state based on hex system was put forward after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various descriptive methods of material process state in lots of management software. By defining material process state vector, the material process state was described accurately with the value corresponding to the vector. In this way, an unfinished process could be described precisely and thus the low degree flexibility of accurate process replanning resulted from various uncertainties was improved greatly. Material process state vector was divided into several parts by defining material process state domain and its corresponding value. Consequently, a complete description of material process state, which could be applied to manufacturing process, was achieved. This description of material process state has provided an effective way to manage material and replan job--shop scheme.
