摘要
针对我国目前绝大多数中、小城市生活垃圾热值低,且在短期内很难较好实现源头分类收集的现状,以立式炉床为基础,采用层状燃烧方式,研制出一种具有燃烧连续可控等特点的新型垃圾焚烧炉.设计上采用分层处理烟气技术,同时具备了流化床燃烧技术和旋转燃烧技术的主要特点,并在结构上有所创新.阐述了关键部件的设计要点,并进行了样机试验数据分析.试验结果表明,该炉燃烧效率较高,实用效果好.
Aiming at the situation of low calorific value of life garbage and difficulty in classifying and collecting it in a short term in most of China's middle and small cities, taking vertical hearth as a basis and adopting layering burning method, a new type of roller fire-grates garbage furnace, which is continuously burning controllable, is developed. In design, both the haze lamination processing technology and the fluid bed burning technology, as well as the revolving burning technology, are adopted. Furthermore, structure is also innovated. In addition, design gist of its key components is elaborated and experimental data analysis is conducted too. The experimental result indicates that this furnace has high burning efficiency and good practical effect.
