研究了子半群格是Ｉ－格的半群的性质．证明了：一个半群的子半群格是Ｉ－格，当且仅当它是一些周期幂幺半群的强带，而每个周期幂幺半群是借助于Ｕ－诣零半群所作的Ｉ－群的理想扩张．

The article cioals with character of semigroups with I-lattices of subsemigroups.It proves that a lattice of subsemigroups of a semigroup is I-lattice, if and only if it is a strong band of some period unipotent semigroups. and every period unipotent semigroup is an ideal extension of a I-group by a U-nilsemigroup.
