Speculations about Increasing the Supply of Public Goods in Rural Areas in New Rural Construction

为适应新时期的需要,党中央提出了建设社会主义新农村的宏伟蓝图,以期通过新农村建设来实现统筹城乡发展的目标,这为新农村建设创造了有利的宏观政策环境。本文通过分析城乡公共品供给严重失衡的现状及发展瓶颈,提出了建设社会主义新农村的突破口是切实加大农村公共品的供给力度。

The communist party of China proposed the grand blueprint of constructing new socialist country to meet the needs of new time to achieve the goal of coordinate development of urban and rural areas. And this has created the advantageous macroscopic policy environment for the new rural construction. Through the analysis of unbalanced public supplies between urban and rural areas, the paper pointed out that weak rural infrastructure, backward non- profit organization and public service have become a bottleneck which affects the development of rural economy and society and proposed that the breakthrough of construction new country is the increase in the supply of rural public goods.
