芦潮港深水港开发的经济论证及实施对策研究

A Study of Implementing Policies and Economic Evaluation of the Luchao Deep-Water-port's Exploitation

对芦潮港深水港建设项目资金筹措方案的基本思路、建港投资的估算、项目的经济评估、深水港开发的实施对策与措施等内容进行了研究。

The design of the Shanghai Luchao Deep-water-port is to use the technology of artificial dike, by which a new piece of land of 33 330 hm2 will be built inside of the dike,and the depth of the port will become deeper with northern and southern sea-water force, so that Shanghai can get both a deep-water-port and a new piece of land of port which are urgently needed. This thesis mainly studies the ideas and plans about fund raising, investment and economic profit evaluation, implementing policies of the deep-water-port's exploitation. This thesis also studies the relative measures used to exploit the deep-water-port.
