高效液相色谱法测定妇科调经片中阿魏酸的含量

Determination of ferulic acid in Fuke Tiaojing tablets by HPLC

目的建立妇科调经片中阿魏酸的HPLC测定方法。方法C18柱（Shim-pack，6．0×150mm，5μm），甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（30：70）为流动相，检测波长320nm，流速：1mL·min^-1。结果此方法在浓度0．020～2．036μg范围内线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为100．0％，RSD为1．55％。结论本方法可用于妇科调经片中阿魏酸的含量监控。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid in Fuke Tiaojing tablets. METHODS The C18 column was used in this method, and a mixture of methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution （30 ： 70） was used as a mobile phase, detection wavelength was 320nm. RESULTS This method showed a good linear relationship, the mean recovery was 100.0%. CONCLUSION This method can be used for the quality control of Fuke Tiaojing tablets.
