从铜渣氯浸渣中回收元素硫的工艺研究 被引量:8

摘要 用(NH4)2S法对铜渣氯浸渣中元素硫的回收进行了研究,分析了溶硫温度、溶硫时间、液固比、热分解温度、热分解时间等因素对硫回收率及贵金属溶浸率的影响。结果表明:在(NH4)2S浓度为2.5mol/L、溶硫温度30℃、时间60min、液固比6∶1、热分解温度95℃、时间90min的条件下,溶硫率达到96%以上,热分解提硫率达到94%左右,贵金属的溶浸率平均10.84%。 The recovery of elemental sulphur from copper residue leached by chlorine has been studied by the method of ammonium sulfide leaching. The effect of leaching temperature, time, ratio of ammonium sulfide to residue and thermal decomposition temperature, time on the efficiency of sulphur and precious metals were researched. The experimental results show that the leaching efficiency (〉 96%), high thermal decomposition recovery (94%), The efficiency of precious metals( 10.84% ) ,when the concentration of ammonium sulfide is 2.5 mol/L, leaching temperature 30℃, time is 60 min, ratio of ammonium sulfide to residue is 6 : 1, and high thermal decomposition temperature is 95℃, time is 90 min.
