摘要 心脏杂音的听诊具有重要的临床意义。心脏杂音可分为生理性和病理性杂音。采用ZAM时频分析的方法,对生理性和病理性收缩期杂音的特征进行分析比较,并引入了Renyi信息量,进一步讨论了区分生理和病理性收缩期杂音的方法。 Heart murmurs could be classified as innocent and pathologic, and how to distinguish them is important in diagnosis of heart diseases. Features of innocent and pathologic systolic murmurs, based on ZAM time-frequency distribution and Renyi information, are ecl extract Furthermore, experimental results in the domain of cardiology, are analyz.
