心脏杂音的听诊具有重要的临床意义。心脏杂音可分为生理性和病理性杂音。采用ZAM时频分析的方法,对生理性和病理性收缩期杂音的特征进行分析比较,并引入了Renyi信息量,进一步讨论了区分生理和病理性收缩期杂音的方法。
