31例人体股动脉粥样斑块中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的表达及分布特点 被引量:2

Expression and Distribution of Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor in Atherosclerosis Plaque of Human Femoral Artery for 31 Cases

摘要 目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在动脉粥样硬化斑块中的表达及分布特点。方法应用免疫组织化学技术测定31例人体股动脉粥样斑块中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的表达,并观察其分布特点。结果闭塞性动脉硬化症患者股动脉粥样斑块中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子呈强阳性表达,且主要分布在平滑肌细胞密集的部位。而正常人动脉壁中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子仅在中膜有微量表达,与闭塞性动脉硬化症患者比,差异有显著性(0.014 5±0.001 7比0.033 7±0.012 5,P<0.05)。结论碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在动脉粥样斑块中的表达增高与动脉粥样硬化及闭塞性动脉硬化症的发生密切相关。 Aim To investigate the expression and distribution of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in atherosclerosis (As) plaque of arteriosclerosis obhterans ( ASO) cases, Methods The protein level and area of bFGF in As plaque and normal artery of human were studied by means of immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of bFGF had a high level in As plaque and was mainly distributed in the area where there were plenty of vascular smooth muscle cells, in constrast the expression ofbFGFwasverylowinnormalarterial(0.0337±0.0125vs0.0145±0.0017, P〈0.05}. Conclusion It suggested that the higher expression of bFGF was related to the pathogenesis of As and ASO.
