摘要
考察了同质晶种EU-1和异质晶种MOR、ZSM-5对合成EU-1分子筛的影响。结果表明,不同晶种对EU-1生长的促进能力依次为:EU—1〉ZSM-5〉MOR;添加同质晶种可以提高产物的结晶度,同时将晶化时间缩短至1~2d;当异质晶种添加量大于一定量时,生成EU-1/MOR及EU-1/ZSM-5复合分子筛。
Effects of the homogeneous and heterogeneous crystal seeds (i. e. MOR,ZSM-5) in the synthesis of EU-1 zeolite were investigated. It was discovered that different crystal seeds accelerated the crystal growth differently, following the order of EU-1 〉 ZSM-5 〉 MOR. Homogeneous crystal seeds could improve the crystallinity of product, and shorten the time of crystallization to 1 -2 d. When heterogeneous crystal seeds added reached a certain quantity, EU-1/MOR and EU-1/ZSM-5 composite molecular sieves could be observed.
