摘要
通过降解ZSM-5分子筛得到含ZSM-5纳米簇及初级结构的降解液,以CTAB为模板剂,合成了具有沸石二次结构的双模型介孔分子筛。采用XRD、TEM、SEM等分析手段对其进行了表征。结果表明,该复合介孔分子筛具有高的水热稳定性,其形貌为球状,颗粒大小为100nm。所制备的纳米ZSM-5,其颗粒直径可达到20nm以下。
The bimodal molecular sieves with the structure of nano ZSM-5 were synthesized by using degradation liquid with the primary/secondary structure, which was prepared through degradating ZSM-5, as silica source, and cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as template respectively, and charactered by XRD, TEM, SEM. The results showed that the bimodal mesoporous composite molecular sieves were of high hydrothermal thermal stability and the spherical particles with the size of around 100 nm. In addition, the size of nano ZSM 5 is below 20 nm.
